Management and Team
Gregory J. Woolf, Chief Executive Officer
Greg Woolf is the founder and CEO of Vantage Software. He has double Degrees in Computer Science and in Finance and Business Administration with Distinction, from WITS University (South Africa). He obtained a CPA while working at Price Waterhouse (Boston) in their Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practices, servicing the premier Investment Management Firms of New England.
Greg's subsequent experience as an executive with various high-growth and investment companies includes extensive financial systems implementation and management. He previously managed the acquisitions team of an automotive industry consolidator and held the CFO position at a number of technology companies. He pioneered Vantage's unique, modular software-model which has been adopted by many of the largest and most prestigious private investment firms worldwide.
A successful entrepreneur, Greg founded and sold a tutoring agency which employed 65 professionals. Greg has occasionally lectured in Finance for the Technology Capital Network at MIT and is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences and featured in industry publications.
Sales and Client Service
David Sayles, Sales and Account Management Director
David is the Director of Sales and Account Management for Vantage Software, responsible for the development and implementation of the company's sales, account management and business development efforts. He has over 18 years of experience developing, bringing to market and managing financial technology and data solutions and is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events.
David's resume includes leadership positions with Thomson Financial, Standard Poor's, and most recently Pyxis Mobile. At Thomson David was a founding member of FirstCall BondCall, a pioneering electronic delivery system for sell-side fixed income research to institutional money managers. David led the buy-side sales effort which produced relationships with over 70 of the world's largest investment managers. At Standard & Poor's David managed the MaPS Division, a provider of portfolio management software. Under David's leadership, the division experienced 300% growth in 4 years, added full trust accounting capabilities and grew to serve in excess of $115 Billion in complex assets and funds of funds. At Pyxis Mobile David served as Director of Sales and Business Development, creating the infrastructure and teams which led the company to market leadership in wireless financial applications and 20 of the world's top 40 investment managers by AUM as clients.
David earned a BA in History and Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Monica Simms Van Horn, Marketing Director
For more than a decade, Monica VanHorn has worked with C-level executives and all levels of senior product, marketing and sales management to strategize and execute comprehensive marketing and PR campaigns. Prior to joining Vantage in 2005, VanHorn founded New York-based Catalyst Communications and Consulting, which offers strategic communications services for the financial and technology sectors.
With an M.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from Yale University, VanHorn has written for virtually all of the leading global financial IT publications and organizations over the years. A member of the New York Financial Writers Association, VanHorn chairs the Wall Street Technology Association's content committee, in which capacity she advises the board of current trends and technologies that are shaping the industry to help develop WSTA's annual conferences and seminars.

We employ the highest caliber individuals who constantly innovate while, at the same time, providing exceptional service to our customers. Our team has combined expertise in finance and enterprise software development, having served such leading global companies as Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Thompson Financial Services.
In the U.S., our staff has more than 60 years of cumulative development experience and a range of technical skills, including analysis,design, development and project management. In addition, the U.S. team has extensive experience in accounting, finance and customer support in the investment industry. Additionally, we have an offshore development partner in India, with more than 300 programmers dedicated to producing world-class software solutions.
