We are hiring additional project managers and analysts to support our expanding operations in Boston, New York and India. Project Analyst (Boston) The main responsibility of this role is support of Project Management and Quality Assurance. This position provides the foundation for promotion to Project Manager within a short period of time depending on your ability. To be successful in the delivery of this you will: Understand business requirements and communicate them to the technical team. Assist in quality assurance by preparing test cases and reviewing their results. Manage client data migration. Requirements • 2-4 years of software development OR investment industry experience. • Bachelors in Finance OR Computer Science (or equivalent). • Relational database experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Access. • Experience with portfolio or investor accounting systems a plus. • Self motivated, proven analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to write comprehensive test plans/scripts. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads.
